Mamalates // Mondays 10–11 am

Enjoy a gentle yet powerful Pilates workout – designed especially for mums. Find your way back into your body, strengthen your core and release tension after birth – in a supportive environment where your baby (from 3 months) can stay right by your side.

Whether your child sleeps, watches or plays nearby – you move through exercises tailored to your needs. Each class combines mindful movement, breathwork and functional strength training – creating space for connection, community and flexibility (because that is exactly what mum life needs!).

No Pilates experience is needed. Mats and a cosy atmosphere are ready for you – all you need is yourself, your baby, maybe a favourite toy – and the willingness to move and breathe together. We recommend completing postnatal recovery training before joining.

Previous fitness experience is not required; however, we recommend starting only after completing a postnatal recovery course.

Is Motherhood Club a postnatal recovery course?

It is the next step after early postnatal recovery: mum-friendly Pilates, strength training and yoga with baby. Please join only after medical clearance and the first healing phase.

Which class should I choose?

Mamalates is the gentle Pilates entry, Mamasté brings yoga, breath and calm, Mamapower is stronger and fits once your base feels stable.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes. Babies are welcome from 3 months. Mats and props are provided; bring whatever your baby needs.

What does it cost?

Drop-in CHF 35 or 10-class pass CHF 299, valid for 15 weeks. You can book directly with the buttons.
