Our Pilates classes combine matwork, core, posture and mobility. You train with precision, calm focus and enough strength work to really feel it.
We work on the mat and with small props such as rings and balls. No reformer, no anonymous hall: just clean technique, small groups and a personal studio feel.

Classic, Fire or Flow Pilates?
Classic Pilates is calm matwork using bodyweight and small props such as Pilates rings, balls and other practical tools. Ideal for precise, controlled training.
Fire Pilates is the more intense version: bodyweight and small props meet strength, stamina and burn. For everyone who wants to sweat and still move well.
Flow Pilates is more fluid and dynamic: you use bodyweight, Pilates rings, balls and small tools to build strength, stability and mobility.
